Plant was established and became one of the leading producers of crude sunflower oil with total annual capacity more than 100 000 Mt of sunflower oil and more than 100 000 of sunflower meal. Italian and German equipment, high educated, qualified and experienced stuff, progressive management helps us to increase our productivity and to reach better quality of our production. In the next future we are planning to setup refinery and bottling line and to increase annual productivity up to 100 000 Mt.
All aspects of the manufacturing process are closely monitored from sourcing, receiving and warehousing of raw materials through to processing, shipping and delivery of manufactured oil.
Quality is assured and guaranteed through continuous and thorough daily analysis in certificated laboratory. Quality of oil and its production conforms to all Ukrainian and world standards.

REFINED, BLEACHED and DEODORISED (RBD) PALM OLEIN

Palm oil is a natural foods. It is derived from the fleshy mesocarp of the fruit of the oil palm (Elaeis guineensis). RBD Palm Olein is obtained from fractionating RBD Palm Oil to separate liquid parts (olein) from solid parts (Stearin). RBD Palm Olein is a clear yellow liquid at room temperature with no contamination (e.g.: oxidation). RBD Palm Olein is used as frying oil for food industries, such as snack food manufacturing and fast food manufacturing. It is also used as raw materials for such other products like Margarines and Shortenings.   It contains an equal proportion of saturated and unsaturated fatty acids. It is also a source of Vitamin E. It is stable and versatile even without hydrogenation. Hydrogenation process will form trans fatty acids, which may have adverse affect on health
