Quality: Quality of goods final at loading port as per Certificate of Quantity issued by FOSFA member inspection company appointed and paid by Seller in accordance with the following specification:
- Oil content as is: basis 44%, min 42%, For each percent (or fraction thereof) under 44%, the Seller shall reimburse 1.5% of the contract price per ton to the Buyer. Buyer has the right to reject cargo below 42%.
- Admixture: basis 2% to 4%;
- Moisture: basis 7% max. 8%;
- FFA: basis 2% max. 3%;
- Caesium radioactivity: 134 - 137 Max. 600 Becq/kg; Buyers have the right to nominate FOSFA member inspection company for quality control.
Shipment Terms: Terms of loading. Cargo shall be loaded on board the vessel by means and for account of the Seller at a minimum loading rate of 2500 mt / wwd 24, WWD SSHEX EIU. 8. Terms of payment Payment for the Goods to be done by Buyer in US dollars Cash Against Documents upon presentation documents by Seller to Buyer bank:
- Commercial Invoice;
- Full set of Bill/s of Lading, marked clean on board;
- Certificate of Origin;
- Phytosanitary Certificate;
- Non-radioactivity Certificate;
- Certificate of weight, issued by inspection company;
- Certificate of quality, issued by a inspection company.
All other terms, conditions and rules, not in contradiction with the above contained in FOSFA 4A, Incoterms 2010 latest edition on the date of the contract, by which parties admit that they have knowledge and notice, apply to this transaction and the details of above given shall be as part of present contract. Awaiting Soft Offer from Seller.

We are mandate from our refine sunflower oil buyer from Turki.Afghanistan.
We require 50,000 MT per month for a year contractual for Turki and 12,500Mt for Afghanistan monthly..
Destination Mersin Port Turki. Karachi or Banda Abbas.
If you are able to supply please quot us FOB per MT or per Litter.
Also CIF to Mersin Port Turki and etc.
