Shipment Terms: 25000MT X 12 Month. Insurance shall be covered by the Buyer at the Buyer’s account in accordance with ICC – A Rules, including risk of shortage of weight at discharging port for 110% of the value of the Goods under the present Contract with a first class insurance company to be agreed with the Seller with insurance conditions to be stipulated in the insurance policy as per ICC-A Rules PERIOD OF SHIPMENT: The Vessel with the Product should reach the discharge port (ETA) with 30 days from the date of shipment.The shipment shall commence within 30 business days from the date of opening the Letter of Credit in full conformity with Terms and Conditions of this Contract. PAYMENTS: 100% payment by an irrevocable letter of credit payable at sight against following documents:- a) Signed Commercial invoice (3 Original plus 3 copies) b) Complete set Clean on Board Bill of Lading (3 originals plus 3 copies) to the order of XXXXX, marked freight prepaid / as arranged. c) Certificate of Origin duly attested by Chamber of Commerce of the country of origin – Original plus three copies.– 3 copies d) Certificate certifying quality issued by reputed international agency. e) Certificate certifying quantity /weight issued by reputed international agency. f) Certificate from Manufacturer showing that the specification of the goods supplied is as per the Contract. g) Comprehensive insurance cover for 110% of value h) Sight draft in duplicate i) Vessel age certificate. j) Certificate certifying quality as per FCO, 1985 by Govt. Agencies at discharge port. PERFORMANCE BOND (PB): Seller issues UPFRONT 2% of the value of LC as Performance Bond (PB) which shall be non-operative till LC by the Buyer is established for the Product.
