Shipping terms: in bulk (ship or train) or ISO containers, CIF or DAPTotal Quantity: 2.000 mt for immediate supply
Rolls & extensions: up to 3x 2.000 mt within 6 months
Payment Terms cash against documents 14 days or cash against documents on wheels (after receipt of SGS quality and quantity certificate at destination, which is either port of Hamburg or a train station on the Ukrainian border on EU side).
Contract: The contract will be made upon the terms, conditions and rules, including the arbitration clauses, in the contract forms FOSFA / FOSFA Rules of Arbitration and Appeal.
