Buyer pays in US dollars by bank transfer within 3 banking days from signing this contract as per Shipper’s invoice against presentation of the following original documents: 3/3 CLEAN ON BOARD Bills of lading; Commercial invoice; Master’s receipt; Certificate of origin; Phytosanitary certificate; Weight certificate, issued at load port by SGS; Quality certificate, issued at load port by SGS; Non-radioactivity certificate; Holds Cleanliness certificate; Packing list; Non-GMO certificate; Analysis certificate, issued at load port by SGS.
