Millet, meeting the requirements of Class 3, they prepare and supply for non-food purposes (for processing into animal feed and feed purposes).

Restrictive rules for millet 1 class:
Mass fraction of the nucleus,%, not less than 76
Moisture,%, max 13.5
Foreign matter,%, max 2.0
Grain admixture,%, max 5.0
Size,%, not less than 90.0
Infestation of grain stocks - not allowed.
Prepares and delivers millet should be in a healthy, non heating condition, have a colour characteristic of normal grain and characteristic of the class, as well as odour, characteristic of normal grain millet (without musty, malty, musty and foreign smell).

2 Waste impurities
2.1 All that passes through a 1.4 x 20 mm sieve
2.2 Mineral impurities
2.3 Organic impurities
2.4 Seeds of weed plants
2.5 Spoiled grains of millet (with decidedly spoiled endosperm from light brown to black in color and also with light, loose and easy breakable nucleus)
2.7 Harmful impurities - Ergot and smut - Darnel rye-grass, rose stagger, sophora stagger, thermopsis, coronilla, fluffy fruited heliotrope, trichodesma (Trichodesma incanum)
2.8 Grains and seeds of other cultivated plants
2.9 Shrunken grains of millet with elongated form and non-developed nucleus (ostryak)
