2) Seller issues FCO (Full Corporate Offer)
3) Buyer signs, seals and returns the FCO (Full Corporate Offer) to seller.
4) Seller issues P.I. (Pro forma Invoice) and the RWA (Ready, Willing & Able) text verbiage.
5) Buyer sends to seller RWA (Ready, Willing & Able)
6) Seller issues Draft Contract and sends to buyer.
7) Buyer signs, seals & notarizes the contract; seller returns to buyer the contract signed, sealed &
notarized by the bank.
8) Buyer & Seller deposit a copy of the executed contract to their respective banks
9) Within 3/5 banking days, buyers bank sends an operative (open) SBLC (Stand By Letter of Credit) + DLC/ARDLC (Automatic Revolving Documentary Letter of Credit) to the seller’s bank.
10) Within 5/7 days, seller sends to buyer’s bank the partial POP (Proof of Product) + 2% PB (Performance Bond for the first shipment only) via swift bank to bank to buyer’s bank.
11) Shipment commence as per contract Schedule with full POP (Proof Of Product)
